Deputies say 40-year-old James Doheny is charged with one count of accessory after the fact to first-degree murder, one count of destroying/tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and one count of mishandling dead human remains.
OSO found the deceased person on the morning of Jan. 16 in the Douglas Park subdivision off of Northeast 14th Avenue.
Officials will not release the identity of the victim, as the family enacted Mary's Law, nor the way the person was killed. OSO does confirm that the person was killed in a criminal act.
