OSO found the deceased person on the morning of Jan. 16 in the Douglas Park subdivision off of Northeast 14th Avenue.Officials will not release the identity of the victim, as the family enacted Mary's Law, nor the way the person was killed. OSO does confirm that the person was killed in a criminal act. The investigation into the murder is still ongoing.
