The girls softball team is ending their year unsure about their lineup as they were in week one and the boys baseball team, who a week ago thought they were beginning to peak at the right time, are now wondering if they are prepared for the playoffs.

District track and field will test Titusville Rockets’ mettle
The Rockets head to Slippery Rock University Saturday in hopes of making a top two impression to stamp their ticket to states. The event begins at 10 a.m. “The state standards are very difficult to achieve, but the top 2 in each event get to progress to states,” said girls head coach Stacey McDonald. She said the 4X800 relay squad has a legitimate shot, though knows some injuries are also playing a role at the trend of the season. “We hope they can be resolved by next Saturday,” she said.
