Lexington viaduct project causes uproar, legal challenge
LEXINGTON, Neb. — Community members raise concerns about a viaduct to be built in Lexington. In 2009, a plan was made for a viaduct on the east side of Lexington just off of Highway 30. The viaduct would create a safe means for the public to cross both the highway and railroad tracks to reach a number of businesses on the road, most of them ag-related.
