A 24-year-old woman from Alpena was killed when a driver plowed into a group of people who had stopped to exchange information after an earlier four-car crash, as reported by ClickOnDetroit. Former sheriff’s deputy accused of secretly filming unclothed family member
LIVINGSTON COUNTY, MI – An Oakland County Sheriff’s deputy has been criminally charged for filming a family member in a sexual way, according to police. Joseph Pierre Fortier, 46, was charged in Livingston County with installing an eavesdropping device and three counts of surveilling an unclothed person after a family member discovered cameras in the home. All four charges are felonies.
