CERES, Calif. — A man is behind bars after allegedly sparking a large dumpster fire and swinging a knife at an officer in Ceres Tuesday. The Ceres Police Department said Carlos Gallegos, 45, was arrested and booked into the county jail on suspicion of arson, assault with a deadly weapon on an officer, possession of a dirk or dagger and resisting arrest.
