The vehicle's occupants, identified as Demertria J. Gray, 33, and Shawnunique D. Phillips, 34, both from St. Louis, MO, were soon to face more than a speeding ticket. Trooper Hadley's sharp instincts led to the detection of a cannabis scent emanating from the vehicle, prompting a thorough search.
