Granby man pleads guilty to deadly 2023 crash
GRANBY, MA (WGGB/WSHM) – A Granby man has pleaded guilty in connection with a deadly 2023 crash. Laurie Loisel, spokesperson for the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office, said that 30-year-old Cory Menard made that guilty plea on Monday to charges including motor vehicle homicide while operating negligently and under the influence of alcohol, as well as reckless assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. As part of the agreement, state prosecutors dropped a manslaughter charge.
