RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- The owner of Salon 1 Loges, 26915 Chardon Road, reported April 10 that a lessee of one of the suites was highly intoxicated and refusing to leave. Officers responded to the salon and learned that the hairstylist had been in an argument with a male client, who had already left the business and was not identified.
