    Three arrested in North Adams after search warrant uncovers heroin, cocaine

    NORTH ADAMS, Mass. (WWLP) – Three people were arrested after police executed a search warrant at a North Adams residence.

    800 bags of suspected heroin/fentanyl found during traffic stop in North Adams

    According to the North Adams Police Department, officers were executing a search warrant on a house in North Adams as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation. During the search, officers found 375 bags of suspected heroin, totaling 7.5 grams, 1.7 grams of cocaine/crack cocaine, and a digital scale and packing material.

    Three people were arrested as a result and were charged with the following:

    • Possession with Intent to Distribute Class A Substance (Heroin)
    • Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B Substance (Cocaine)
    • Conspiracy
    • Possession of Ammunition without FID (only one individual charged with this charge)

    There is no word on the identities of the three arrested.

    since when do we start protecting the names of criminals I remember when I was in high school and After High School anyone who got in trouble for any damn thing their name was blasted all over this town but now we're protecting the f****** hardened criminals the ones that are out there causing death with the s*** they sell..maybe we need better representation in this town

    I think the reason they don’t put names right away is because they get the news so fast. The next article will have the names. If they don’t publish something they will look like they didn’t get the story. People on Fb always find things out before the media lol. I was just thinking “remember when we read the paper and it had all the information?” Lol
