NASHVILLE, Tenn.--The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has arrested and charged a man with identity theft related to fraud on a popular online gaming platform.
The TBI reports 32-year-old Bruce Orr of Nolensville is accused of committing fraud on the gaming platform DraftKings.
According to the report, an investigation was launched in September 2022 which found a large number of accounts on the platform were fraudulently created and were associated with a Nolensville address.
Orr was identified as the creator of the accounts and subsequently has been charged with 8 counts of identity theft. He is currently being held on $35,000 bond at the Williamson County Jail.
