BAINBRIDGE, Ga. -- Drivers in Bainbridge are seeing street crews out in the summer heat as the city’s latest paving project continues to expand across town. Nearly 28,500 square yards of Bainbridge streets have been milled and resurfaced so far as part of the most recent paving work. That’s about 5.9 acres of pavement, roughly the size of 4 1/2 football fields covered from end zone to end zone.
