well it had to be a robbery that's where the Capital comes in! they took something and then shot the young man! this is what I tell people all the time it's not the individual most times these types of crimes happen! IT'S THE GUN!! WE GOTTA STOP THE GUN! This crime never happens if the gun wasn't so easily gotten! 15-16 and even younger with guns! that gun came from someone that should have been a responsible adult but wasn't!
