On Thursday afternoon, three people left a Target store in Irvine with 29 cans of baby formula they did not pay for, according to the Irvine Police Department .

When the suspects were formulating their plan they did not consider that Irvine was not the place to commit crime!

Irvine police officers rapidly responded and found the three suspects as they were trying to leave the area.

Genomaleny Zarzacordoba , 32, of Tustin, Kaitlyn Rose Stewart , 22, and Joshua Isaiah Maldonado , 31, of Anaheim, were arrested and booked at the Orange County Jail for organized retail theft, burglary, and conspiracy.

Not surprisingly Maldonado and Stewart both had outstanding warrants for their arrest as well.

Charge all 3 of them with 29 counts of petty theft. Once convicted (no plea deals), sentenced them to 6 months jail time, and a $500 fine on each of the 29 counts to be served CONSECUTIVELY! Maybe that 14.5 year jail term will make people think about doing stupid crap!
