Man arrested for trying to hook up with a 15-year-old in Fountain Valley

On Sunday, 07/21/24, police officers responded to a call of a suspicious subject who met with a decoy pretending to be a 15-year-old, according to the Fountain Valley Police Department .

Ultimately, suspect Benjamin Gamez (35) was arrested for communicating and arranging to meet a minor with the intent to conduct lewd acts.
