Police: Schenectady man found with illegal gun, weed

WATERVLIET, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — Watervliet Police Officers reported the arrest of a Schenectady man following a traffic stop. Tarif Daughtry, 29, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of cannabis.

During the traffic stop investigation, police say they found Daughtry with a loaded, illegally possessed revolver and an unlawful amount of weed inside the car. Daughtry was arraigned in Watervliet City Court and released under New York State Probation supervision.
