Troopers said they were called to Heritage Way in Wilton around 8:18 p.m. for a reported dispute with a handgun. While investigating, Troopers said they learned Miller knew the victim and were arguing, which led to Miller pointing a gun at the victim.

Troopers said Miller fled the scene in a vehicle before they arrived and was located by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office in the woods near Sitterly Road in Clifton Park. Saratoga County deputies used a K9 to find the gun and Miller’s belongings that were in the area where he was apprehended.
