Celebrities are just like Us, they love showing off their pets!

Whether they’re capturing a sweet moment with their furry feline, spending a day in the wild riding their horse, or sporting their small pup as they take a stroll, fans of the celebs ultimately become followers of the animals.

Chris Evans‘ epic bond with his dog, Dodger, stole fans hearts as the Marvel actor documented their journey online. Evans initially introduced the rescue puppy in April 2018 by sharing a video of their first interaction.

“This is the moment we met. He was trying so hard to stay seated even though he desperately wanted to get out,” he wrote via Twitter on National Pet Day. “I knew right away that he was coming home with me, so I took this video to always remember our first hello. Rescue dogs are the best dogs!!”

In the clip, Evans reaches out out to his dog, who licks his hand in affection.

One year later, the Knives Out actor shared some “extremely rare footage” of him spending time with his best friend before they went home.

“He was there for about a month,” Evans tweeted in February 2019 about Dodger’s time at a shelter. “I can’t believe no one snagged him sooner! This is our first ‘hangout’ at the shelter.”

The Avengers star has such a strong love for his pet that he got a tattoo of the pooch. He later explained why he wanted a memory of his mixed-breed boxer that would last forever.

“That’s probably one of the purest relationships I have, so I’ll never regret that tattoo. I’ve regretted a few in my life, but not that one,” the Massachusetts native detailed on Jimmy Kimmel Live! in October 2020.

Justin Theroux, who adopted his dog, Kuma, in June 2018 after Hurricane Harvey, also previously opened up about the joys of bringing his four-legged friend into his home. When Kuma graced the cover of Nobleman Magazine alongside the Leftovers alum, he gushed about the accomplishment.

“Too young to model? The enigmatic canine FINALLY breaks her silence on: Pet adoption, no-kill shelters and her DEVASTATING, CRIPPLING FEAR of SKATEBOARDS,” the Mulholland Drive star wrote via Instagram in April 2019. “‘It’s weird to see people float sideways. It makes me want to murder the four round parts… Also the wood part, the part that makes them float sideways.’ PLUS: Her on-again, DEFINITELY STILL ON relationship with the man she calls ‘Papi’. ‘He just takes care of me… he’s the one man who deals with all of my s–t…. like… Literally. He picks up my s–t. And I appreciate that in a man.’”

Theroux’s ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston, also shared her love for Kuma after the dog got her own Instagram account in September 2021.

“Love what these two are doing to help people who help pups who help people,” the Morning Show star wrote via her Instagram Stories alongside a photo of the actor and his best friend. “They helped save 60 days at @austinpetsalive yesterday.”

The pair were married from 2015 to 2018, but have remained close through the years. Theroux reposted Aniston’s photo on Kuma’s account with the caption, “Thanks, Auntie Jen.”
