Bishop Brothers will be providing the labor and materials and completing the initial work for the 43 participants who are currently signed up.When asked about the time frame for the project, Building Commissioner Rudolph Hilliard said they were aiming to get some of the work completed before the weather got too cold and that they have split the city into grids to cover the work.“We did a map of the city so that we would touch the different areas of the wards strategically because of the time set of the winter,” Hilliard said. “So, we don’t quite know where we are going to start, but we are pretty equally balanced right now.“Once we…secure the contract, then we can provide more details after we discuss more with the mayor, on what areas do I want at first, then once we get that we will publish everything and keep the council and the public aware of where we are and what the time frame will be.”Council also learned that stormwater and road reconstruction is underway.City Engineer Justin Haselton explained in a written report that Cuyahoga County completed the project to clean out the ditches on Trebisky, which was funded by the County Stormwater fund, and stated that they would also start possibly reseeding the grass in the area, as needed.“We anticipate receiving flow monitoring data from the county on Hillary, Donald and Geraldine in the next month,” he wrote.Edgewood Road reconstruction was also being addressed, he said. The project includes new pavement and curb, and a new watermain. He added that 98% of waterline work is complete and that the valve replacements and the small section of main on Wilson Mills will be next. That work is expected to be done by the beginning of this month, followed by the asphalt base, drive aprons and surface course.</div></body>
