The purchase contract is the first step in the sale process. The next step will be "due diligence" by Warshauer and his team, she said."Wells appreciates Mr. Warshauer's interest in the historic and beautiful campus as well as his vision to benefit the Finger Lakes region," Henking said.This June, two years after its closing, a $12.5 million bid for the 127-acre campus by the Hiawatha Institute for Indigenous Knowledge fell through following court challenges by the Cayuga Nation and Minerva Institute.Warshauer reportedly plans to create senior housing and apartments at the site.</div></body>
