It features the state's first freestanding inpatient rehabilitation hospital and the region's first dedicated traumatic brain injury unit.Folks at PeaceHealth say this facility will be a game changer."Everybody understands and can see the vision and that this will make a difference for lives and generations to come, and everybody came together to make it possible," said Alicia Beymer, chief administrative officer at RiverBend."We want patients to have items for their entire stay with us, so not just folks who are really early on in their recovery but also folks who are getting ready to go home maybe tomorrow, there is something for them to do as well," said Jennifer Daine, director of therapy at PeaceHealth.The hospital officially opens in September. It will serve 42 patients to start and then will expand to 60 to meet the community's need.</div></body>
