It wasn’t an overnight dream for me. I’ve only ever been a barista going on 20 years now, and so I just decided to do it for myself and bring real good coffee to the community and share what I know and the good drinks,” Garcia said. The shop offers 100 syrup flavors and sugar-free options, along with alternative choices for customers who do not drink coffee.“We are all about our coffee, but we do do anything coffeeless. We do Red Bulls, Italian sodas, milkshakes. Red Bulls are really popular. Our favorite days are Wednesdays for Red Bulls. They’re always half off. We do do some quick bites, like breakfast muffin tops and bagels with cream cheese. We make up our own homemade whipped cream cheese with flavors in it,” Garcia said.Garcia said the move from Heyburn to Burley has been met with support from the Burley community since day one.“I was born and raised in Rupert, so Rupert is kind of my hometown and my people. But coming to Burley, they definitely welcomed us with arms open. It’s been so fun to meet them and just see all the new people or people that we saw at the very beginning of Cozy that are now like, oh, you’re on this side of town, so we’re coming. It’s been really fun to see the Burley community show up for us,” Garcia said.Garcia said customers unsure of what to order often choose the shop’s most popular drink, the My Daddy Mocha.“Our most popular is probably the coffee of My Daddy Mocha. It’s a day one. Since we first opened, everybody knows that Cozy has a My Daddy Mocha. It’s just a white chocolate Snickers, and it’s after my dad. He always would call me when I was in Oregon at a coffee shop working, and he would say, well, I don’t know what to order, and I’m in line at a coffee shop, and I would tell him what to order. And so when I opened Cozy, I’m like, I just have to make him a drink so he can just come here and say I need My Daddy,” Garcia said.Cozy Coffee is open seven days a week at both locations.</div></body>
