With plenty of heat and high humidity, our atmosphere will be primed for the potential severe storm threat. It is slow-moving, which will enhance the flash-flood threat all across the region. The tornado threat remains low, but not zero. Our hail threat continues and will also be on the low end of the danger scale.The Storm Prediction Center has most of our area highlighted in a level two (slight) risk. A level one (marginal) risk is highlighted for coastal counties and south of Jacksonville.
