Construction used a tilt-up approach that starts with planning from architects before construction teams put the design together on site.It starts with concrete pours that are eventually tilted vertical, and used as commercial building walls. "So this building is a concrete tilt up. It's insulated. Tilt up. So there's concrete on the outside obviously that you can see. And then there's three inches of insulation. And then on the inside of the building is the structure. And so that's the thicker portion of the wall, that holds up the building and holds up the roof," Erik Naccarato said.The process used one layer of concrete, then insulation and then another layer of concrete. After that, a crane lifted the wall sections into place while crews positioned them where they belonged, like pieces of a puzzle.Naccarato explained these buildings are common for commercial projects because they are built to last and can support taller walls and roofs."Longevity and durability. We can get pretty high, too, with our walls and the roof. So that's another thing that's really important to owners that buy these kind of buildings," Naccarato said.Crews on site told NonStop Local that after they break ground, they could have these buildings up within one to two months. </div>
