Roughly 1,500 customers may experience service interruptions while crews complete the work.The outage announcement originally listed the work as beginning around 1:00 p.m. and lasting approximately two hours. Versant Power says the outages currently listed on the company’s outage map are related to the repair work, and crews were able to begin earlier than the anticipated start time.Versant said all affected customers are expected to be restored once the work at the substation is complete.No road closures or traffic impacts are expected. Versant is reminding drivers to slow down or move over when approaching utility crews working along roadways.Customers are also reminded to stay away from downed power lines or trees in contact with power lines. Anyone using a generator should follow manufacturer guidelines.Versant Power says customers can report outages through the company’s Power Issue Report Form, through their Online Services account or by calling the Customer Contact Center at 207-973-2000.</div></body>
