(KPLC) - Crying Eagle’s Winter Family Fun Fest returns this Saturday, Dec 20.Families can expect kid-friendly activities from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event will have a list of activities to do, but marketing director, Amber Jay, says a fan-favorite is the Christmas ornament decoration station. “It’s just something kids are all ages can hop in on. There’s no right or wrong way to do it. Just paint, have fun and then it gives them something to take home with them and hang on the tree,” Jay said. Crying Eagle Brewery Company is known for its famous homemade ale, but adults who are looking forward to the event can rest assured that there will also be some kid-friendly beverages too — like hot chocolate. “It’s the tastiest activity that we have. Okay. When you think of Christmas, though, you just think of hot chocolate. So it just goes hand in hand,” Jay said. The hot chocolate bar was a hit at the festival last year, so much so that Jay said they went through 30 gallons. Another craft kids can be excited about is the face-painting station along with a special visit from Santa Claus and the Grinch along with kids’ karaoke where kids can sing their favorite Christmas songs. When asked why they are hosting the event for a fourth time, Jay said its their way of paying homage to the community. “This is just something that we just want to give back to the community that supported us this whole year. It makes it easy for the parents. They’re not having to clean up or anything. They can come out, have a good time,” Jay said. </div></body>
