Both are projects involving developer Mike Lundy.Lundy tells 7News he scheduled the projects for an upcoming Jefferson County Planning Board Meeting to get approval and draw permits ahead of the state’s January 1st deadline. That’s when the state was going to ban natural gas hookups for new buildings.The state has put that on pause, but Lundy will still move forward with the projects which involve putting up steel from other buildings around Watertown that his company has disassembled.There are no specific tenants right now.</div></body>
