The city stated in a release that crews will work overnight on the southbound outside lane between Norfolk Avenue and Pasewalk Aveune, with asphalt paving to follow.</p><p>Motorists are advised to use caution while driving on uneven lanes during construction and to plan accordingly as temporary traffic disruptions should be expected. The southbound outside lane work between Norfolk Avenue and Pasewalk Avenue is a City project.
