By The StormTracker 12 Weather Team,
2025-03-12SOUTHERN OREGON & NORTHERN CALIFORNIA -- Another winter storm will arrive late tonight into Friday morning with snow levels dropping down to 1,000' overnight as precipitation arrives early Friday morning. Expect snowfall accumulations mainly above 1,500' with upwards of a coating to a couple inches for most lower westside passes. Snowfall amounts will be higher in our higher elevations. Plan on a slow and snowy morning across much of the region. Snow will change to rain in our westside valleys as snow levels get up to about 3,500' or so in the afternoon Friday. Along with rain and snow, we'll also see more gusty winds with this storm system.
