Westbound I-94 Exit 161, which is near the Stamart Travel Center in Bismarck, will be reduced to one lane; the eastbound lanes will eventually follow. They estimate the lanes will stay closed for up to two weeks or longer, depending on the weather and ground conditions.Anyone driving through the area should stay alert to construction workers.
