The car crashed into a tree and police say Suggs fled the scene on foot. Police discovered Rogers in the passenger seat of the vehicle, who was pronounced dead at the scene.</p><p>Suggs was located shortly afterward and taken to a local hospital for treatment of injuries and a blood draw, though he somehow evaded police custody after leaving the hospital. He was arrested on January 21 and arraigned last Friday.</p><p>Suggs is charged with Operating with a High BAC Causing Death with a Prior Conviction, Failure To Stop At Scene Of Accident – When At Fault – Resulting In Death. His next court date is pending.</p></div></body>
