As a taxpayer and registered voter in ECISD, I just wish to say that having visitors on the track has always been a practice of ECISD during football season. Normally, these visitors were invited in by board members. As a retired employee of ECISD I personally would work that gate area allowing visitors in at the direction of a board member or Superintendent. In closing, I’m glad to hear that a policy is being implemented now, due to the fact that as a former first responder at ECISD, I never saw a written policy in reference to visitors on the track. ECISD Children First!!
