The property management performs improper repairs to the units and illegally removes your belongings without a court order. You have been warned — do not give your money to this landlord. Corruption runs deep in the city of Yonkers.An illegal eviction recently took place at 500 Riverdale Avenue. Tenants who resided in apartment 5M had their belongings removed without a court order by Direct Property Management LLC. The police officers from Yonkers' 3rd precinct allowed this illegal removal of tenants' property. All the officers involved in this incident should be fired immediately for failing to follow policy and procedure.It appears this illegal action was done in retaliation, with the police allowing the unlawful removal of the tenants' property.
