I'm pissed off at the media for not reporting on this tragedy, I'm pissed at the Laurel County Ky Mayor for waiting 2 days before Activating the State of Emergency, which was put in effect at 8am YESTERDAY and not made public til 4pm this afternoon, Semi-trucks were being used as Shields to protect school buses... Joseph Couch is Military, knows Survival Skills and could be anywhere among the Kentucky Terrain.... Alot of lives are at stake and the longer this drags on, the further he gets and it's possible he has transmitters to listen in on Police Scanners... And with tomorrow being the 23rd Anniversary of 9/11, he very well could do what he sent in his text🫣
