Let’s be honest. This is all about envy and greed. Residents are mad because the boaters don’t need to pay rent nor the city. And the city is mad because they’re losing out on money. If boats are being abandoned, then the city should go out and confiscate them. imagine being a resident and looking out to the ocean and being mad that there’s boats in the ocean. I guess they don’t mind the mega yachts lined up on the docks though.
