His goal for the average cost of rent is around eleven hundred dollars.Developer Justin Freeman says the multi-unit apartment complex will be constructed on the 42 acres of land on Stillwater Avenue between Chase Road and Longview Drive.Freeman says each apartment will be around five hundred to one thousand square feet and will include appliances and a laundry mat on site.They are currently in the planning approval stage and are working on getting all the necessary permits. Freeman says he's hoping to keep rent at a reasonable level."It is a different market and we've seen a lot of development recently in the townhouses, the 3-bedroom 2-bath, 2-bedroom 1.5-bath townhouses. Which no fault to anyone," said Freeman. "They're expensive to get into and the construction costs are relatively high especially the last few years so all of a sudden a landowner or developer has to charge 22-24 hundred dollars a month to get into those units and there's a market below that there's a market significantly below that does seem underserved and that's where we're aiming."According to Freeman, they're aiming to construct a high percentage of one-bedroom apartments, but if the need for two-bedroom apartments grows he says they can easily readjust to accommodate the demand.Freeman says he hopes to be pouring concrete in May of next year.</div></body>
