Another luxury condo is coming to South Florida. Developer Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management (REAM) has just launched pre-sales for a new boutique waterfront tower in Miami’s exclusive Surfside enclave. Known as Ocean House , the forthcoming tower will comprise 25 units and replace the former Regent Palace Condominium. Demolition on the two-story building at 9317 Collins Avenue has already commenced, and the project is slated to reach completion by 2027.
“Surfside’s unparalleled location and serene ambiance have solidified its status as the premier destination for discerning buyers in Miami’s ultra-high-end waterfront market,” said José Isaac Peres, founding partner of Multiplan REAM, in a statement. “We are thrilled to introduce Ocean House, a project we believe will redefine luxury living in the city.”
Award-winning firm Arquitectonica has been tapped to spearhead the building’s architectural and tropical landscape design, while Carla Guilhem has been commissioned to tackle the bespoke interiors. Guilhem, who also specializes in superyacht concepts in addition to hospitality projects and private homes, will outfit the units, which range in size from 2,093 square feet to 6,279 square feet. Prices for the residences start at $5 million.
“Surfside has become the most sought-after market to live in South Florida. The scarcity of either available land or new projects in this area makes Ocean House a true gem in the strong Miami condo luxury market,” said luxury real estate broker Phil Gutman, who’s handling the in-house sales for Multiplan REAM. “Our project stands out in this community as a true luxury, boutique development offering buyers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own a villa in the sky on the ocean.”
Each of the 25 homes will sport soaring floor-to-ceiling windows and a private terrace that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Living rooms are to be decked out with natural stone flooring, and the open-concept chef’s kitchens will be equipped with a custom-designed Silestone island, custom European cabinetry, and Gaggenau appliances. The planned bathrooms aren’t too shabby either, complete with a double vanity, a glass-enclosed rainfall shower, and a freestanding soaking tub.
As has become customary with luxury buildings, buyers will have access to a suite of wellness-oriented amenities across three floors of the building. Think of these spaces as your own self-care sanctuary, accented by beach-inspired hues, warm wooden accents, and reflecting ponds. Experience curated treatments in the spa or escape the hustle and bustle with a stop at the on-site salon, steam room, or fitness center. The condo is topped off with a sprawling rooftop swimming pool with floating cabanas.
“Unlike the impersonal high-rise developments prevalent in South Florida, Ocean House offers an intimate, exclusive experience,” added Marcelo Kingston, managing partner at Multiplan REAM. “It is a harmonious blend of privacy, architectural brilliance, and unparalleled amenities, designed with the sophisticated buyer in mind. With breathtaking waterfront views, lavish interiors, and a limited collection of residences, Ocean House is a truly exceptional offering within Surfside’s coveted coastline and Miami’s burgeoning luxury real estate market.”
