(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Notes Eatery is now serving breakfast and an expanded menu —all day every day!

The local eatery announced on Tuesday, Aug. 13 a new menu concept is rolling out, with a variety of new offerings at the Notes Eatery location at 13141 Bass Pro Drive in the northern side of the city.

Expanded menu items include stuffed french toast, a cinnamon roll platter called “Cinnamon Girl,” and chicken tender bennies “Benny and the Jets,” all with names highlighting the association between Notes Eatery, Ford Amphitheater, and Boot Barn Hall. Other breakfast favorites include classic eggs benedict, breakfast burritos, and a stack of pancakes which kids under 12 can receive for free every day.

According to a spokesperson with Notes Eatery, there is a reason for the switch. Research shows breakfast at any time is increasing in popularity, especially for young families. Notes Eatery reported a study showed 79% of consumers eat breakfast outside of the traditional time.

“We want people to think of Notes Eatery for breakfast, lunch, and dinner,” J.W. Roth said. “We’ve updated our menu, but we took care to keep what people love: our Jazz Brunch Buffet on the weekend. It’s a great time to gather with families and enjoy a delicious buffet, all while cultivating the music scene that is so important to our community. Our goal is to become a gathering place and a place where families can connect.”

On the weekends, individuals can take advantage of After Jazz Brunch Buffet — which takes place every Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to noon — and enjoy delicious food accompanied by the smooth sounds of jazz music from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Reservations for brunch can be made online in the Notes Eatery website.

Starting at noon on the weekends, individuals can order from the breakfast, lunch, or dinner menus. During the week, all three menus are available.

Also available all day every day, is the buy-one, get-one-free breakfast drinks which include mimosas, screwdrivers, a Bloody Mary dubbed the “Proud Bloody Mary” and “manmosas,” a blend of citrus beer and orange juice.

Notes Eatery is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., on the nights when there are concerts at Ford Amphitheater the eatery will remain open until midnight so feel free to grab a midnight snack before heading home.
