I feel so bad for these residents who are losing their homes and having their lives turned upside down. I know what it is like to be evacuated and the helpless feeling of knowing there is nothing you can do but pray that it doesn't kill anyone or hit your home or that of your family, friends, or neighbors. Your life can be turned upside down in a minute and picking up the pieces and going on is one of the hardest things you will ever have to face but the most important thing to realize is that you still have your life and that, you can't replace.

I was wondering why when we stay instead of evacuating why we can’t go get supplies or meet someone to get them I have lived out here for more than 40 years and this fire was not letting us go out for supply or even to go get medicine that we needed we were told that if we leave our property for any reason we would get ticketed a fine worth 1 year in jail and/or $1,000.00 fine I think that they should have a number you can call and have someone be there for delivery and medicine’s that you need !! I feel that it’s my right to leave or stay home and that after a few days and we are still evacuated than let us go get what we need to stay ,theirs is some of us that don’t have no where to go and don’t have the means to go it cost a lot of money to get evacuated , food gas personal item animal food there is a lot of stuff washing your clothes, things to sleep on, there is a lot of buying stuff that if you were at home you would not be buying.!! My husband and I are on fixed income
