Sounds kind of tough to specify that no homeless or outreach clients are to seek help at a "temporary" building for a nonprofit agency that specializes in this.

Describing the homeless is very tricky, there are ones who truly need it an s then there are the ones who want it ,and remember that there are children out there too,help the ones that truly need it an you can tell the difference
