This happened a few years back in Manassas in Maplewood Park Apartments. There was a BLK guy that was held up in one of the apartments, there were so many cops, he came out with a gun in hand, a chair and a bottle of liquor. Sat in the breezeway with a gun and all. They didn't shoot him, they actually had a team of other ppl to talk to him down even called his brother to help. So yes they should actually investigate.

IT WAS A HEADSHOT, NOT A CENTER MASS SHOT. IT WAS NOT CORRECT PROTOCOL. HIS NAME IS GABRIEL RAMIREZ. HE GOT SHOT IN THE HEAD AFTER BEGGING TO BE GIVEN SPACE TO CALM DOWN. HIS NAME IS GABRIEL RAMIREZ.
