7/31: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Dawson Codie Hassell , 25, 516 Laurel St. — indecent behavior with juveniles. Bond: $350,000.

Brandon Trae Phelps , 38, Kountze, Texas — two counts theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; two counts direct contempt of court. Bond: $10,000.

Jacob Reign Cruz , 22, 3200 Westwood Road No. 90, Westlake — domestic abuse battery-strangulation; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000.

James Matthew LedFord , 40, 205 Manchester Road — domestic abuse battery-strangulation; domestic abuse battery-pregnant victim; resisting an officer.

Jacob Donovan Normand , 31, 323 W. LaGrange St. — three count theft less than $1,000. Bond: $21,000.

Jacob Michael Tesko , 21, 1601 Stevenson St., Vinton — maximum speed limit; penalties for stop and yield sign violations; driving on divided highways; switched license plate; driver must be licensed; no seat belt; false certificates; littering; hit-and-run driving; aggravated flight from an officer; two counts drug possession; illegal carrying of weapons, first offense; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies.

Jayden Anthony Guillory , 23, 5100 Weaver Road — possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); aggravated assault upon a dating partner.

Jerod Luke Fontenot , 39, 135 Donna Road, Grand Lake — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; criminal conspiracy; theft less than $1,000; theft of a firearm; simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling; resisting an officer by flight; resisting an officer by refusal to I.D.; illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000. Bond: $142,000.

Gregory Mitchell Hargrave , 39, 2740 Royal Ave. — simple burglary; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; two counts drug possession. Bond: $27,000.

Brandon Anthony Wilrye , 27, 1133 Sampson St., Westlake — identity theft $300 to $500; bank fraud; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000. Bond: $21,500.
