Alumni make donation to Prentiss Christian School

The first and second graduating classes of Prentiss Christian School have made a donation to the school.

The Class of 1974 held its 50-year reunion in June and was joined by the Class of 1975 at the celebration.

The two classes took up the donation at the reunion and presented it to Prentiss Christian Elementary Principal Dr. Flavol Rester. The donation was made in honor of Dr. F. W. and Mrs. Ruth Tripp and will be used for the new roof.

Presenting the check were Janice Holmes Bridges from the Class of 1975 and Becky Landry Williamson from the Class of 1974.

“Thank you to the alumni in the classes of 1974 and 1975 for their continued dedication to seeing Prentiss Christian thrive,” said Rester.
