Well that's a waste of 2 years? I can answer that for ya... all should be prosecuted, dealer and user if busted with drugs. Mental illness? No, drugs are a choice; cancer is not.. Bet if you lock their ass up they won't be doing the drug .. goes to show it's a choice. It was my choice to mess with and get hooked on cocaine way back when and it was my choice to stop messing with it and get my shit together. Mind over matter. I don't see it as mental illness or a disease. It's an easy way out from the responsibility of reality. No discipline for being busted with drugs is nothing but enabling either or.
