    Ashe County arrest reports

    The following information was provided by the Ashe County Sheriff’s Office. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

    June 3

    Joseph D. Dillard, 28, of West Jefferson, was charged with assault to inflict serious injury, driving with a revoked license, expired registration card/tag, expired/no inspection, failure to yield, and failure to appear on charges of driving with a revoked license, reckless driving and failure to wear a seatbelt. Dillard is currently being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under an $11,000 secured bond.

    June 4

    Kimberly W. Presnell, 52, of Boone, was charged with failure to heed light and siren. Presnell was released on June 5 under a $500 secured bond.

    June 5

    Travis K. Casimir, 38, of Jefferson, was charged with no liability insurance. Casimir was released on June 5 under a $500 secured bond.

    William C. Goetz, 63, of Marion, was charged with expired registration card/tag. Goetz was released on June 5 under a $500 secured bond.

    June 6

    Tyler T. Sanders, 28, of Lansing, was charged with driving while impaired. Sanders was released on June 6.

    June 7

    Tyler N. McClure-Liddle, 25, of Jefferson, was charged with simple assault. McClure-Liddle was released on June 7 under a $1,000 secured bond.

    Walter F. Parsons, 60, of Jefferson, was charged with disorderly conduct in a public building. Parsons is currently being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under a $500 secured bond.

    Jonathan A. Pope, 35, of Todd, was charged with misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, communicating threats and violating a domestic violence protective order. Pope was released on June 9 under a $2,500 unsecured bond and a $5,000 secured bond.

    David E. Waln, 70, of Fleetwood, was charged with two counts of communicating threats, second-degree trespassing and cyberstalking. Waln is currently being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under a $1,000 secured bond.

    June 8

    Jason R. Buse, 43, of Spring Hill, Florida, was charged with felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Buse was released on June 8 under a $1,500 secured bond.

    Sierra N. Clonch, 25, of McGrady, was charged with driving while impaired. Clonch was released on June 8.

    Hannah D. Wagoner, 37, of North Wilkesboro, was charged with communicating threats. Wagoner was released on June 9.

    Jeffrey D. Pierce, 56, of West Jefferson, was charged with driving while impaired. Pierce is currently being held at the Ashe County Detention Center.
