(FOX40.COM) – A company junk removal truck in Northern California was cited after someone reported it for dumping debris onto private property, according to the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office.

On June 9, SJSO said a resident witnessed a junk removal truck illegally dumping debris onto his private property near East Highway 26 and North Murray Road in San Joaquin County without permission. Deputies responded to the area and reportedly obtained suspect information through a photo captured by the witness that displayed “Dusty D’s Junk Removal,” on the side of the truck.

SCSO said it found the truck’s owner and he admitted to dumping the trash. Deputies cited him for illegally dumping waste.

Illegal trash dumping is a growing problem and a serious safety hazard throughout San Joaquin County, deputies said. They encouraged people to report illegal dumping occurrences to the sheriff’s office non-emergency line at 209-468-4400.

We live out in the country to enjoy scenic landscape, animals, and simple quieter life. My husband owns a junk hauling business since 2014; he is one of very few of the 75+ hauling companies in the area that can say this. He is licensed, insured, honest, ethical, and a true pillar of the community. He recently had his 5,000 customer that he surprised with a FREE Dumping service. It infuriates me that he is out making the community better, while this guy offer pick ups for starting at $40 dump crap ruining community to save on dump fees.To make things worst, after seeing this article, we looked at his reviews on google 3D ago. It went from 4.8 to 3.8 overnight with all the 1 star reviews the community posted on his page…… next morning all those reviews were GONE . So apparently he wants everyone to forget about this little indiscretion of the dumping so he can carry on business as usual. DO NOT BE FOOLED. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Help put guys like this in the TRASH where they belong.
