    Good Samaritans assisted first responders in a single-vehicle rollover accident

    CALHOUN COUNTY, Fla. ( WMBB ) – On Sunday, first responders were paged to a single-vehicle rollover accident on State Road 69.

    Just before 4 p.m., NettleRidge Fire Department said they found the driver entrapped in the vehicle at the scene.

    Fire officials said with the help of some good samaritans who witnessed the wreck, they were able to get the driver out of the vehicle.

    The driver was wearing his seatbelt and it saved his life to only come out with minor injuries, officials said.

    The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office, Florida Wildlife Conservation, Nettle Ridge, Florida Highway Patrol, and Mallory Towing were also on the scene.
