Relay for Life crowns queens on 10th anniversary

In April, the 2024 Miss Relay for Life Queens were named and joined the sisterhood of many other Miss Relay for Life Queens. The pageant and assembly marked the 10th anniversary of the Chilton County “Fighting for a Cure” Pageant. Relay for Life organizers not only crowned the new representing queens for the year, but also recognized 34 former Relay queens who attended the event.

“It thrilled our hearts knowing these young ladies are still fighting with us,” said Relay organizer Sunny Mays. “Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving and fighting!”

“We are so proud of all the young ladies that were in the 2024 Miss Relay Pageant,” Mays added. “You are all beautiful and winners to us.”
