- Destanee Early, softball, Tulare Union: Early registered two hits, including a double, with three RBIs and a run as the Tribe beat Hanford 9-3.
- Dallas Harris, track and field, Redwood: Harris ran a personal-best 11.04 seconds in the 100-meter dash versus Golden West.
- William Masterson, Tulare Western: Masterson generated four hits, including a double, scored four runs and also knocked in another in a win over Mission Oak.
- Jorja Moreno, softball, El Diamante: Moreno tossed a complete game as the winning pitcher and also had a hit and RBI in the Miners' 2-1 win against Monache.
- Tori Ochoa, track and field, Redwood: Ochoa established a personal-best 12.95 seconds in the 100 meters against Golden West.
- Hayden Oliveira, softball, Golden West: Oliveira hit a pair of doubles with two RBIs and a run as the Trailblazers topped Mt. Whitney 6-1.
- Jaydin Sabol, softball, Monache: Sabol hit a solo home run and finished with two hits, two runs and a RBI in a 3-2 win over Golden West.
- Miranda Seitz, track and field, Redwood: Seitz set a new school and meet record in the pole vault at the Jared Verbeek Memorial Invitational, clearing 11 feet.
- Graycie Serpa, track and field, Redwood: Serpa bolted to a personal-best 26.11 seconds in the 200-meter dash at the Jared Verbeek Memorial Invitational.
- Zach Simmon, baseball, Central Valley Christian: Simmon threw three strikeouts in four innings to help the Cavaliers beat Kerman 3-2 in 10 innings. He did not allow a hit or earned run.

All high school varsity players from Tulare County can be on the ballot. Nominations must be received for consideration by Monday morning following that week's games.
