Five-year-old from Chester County found safe month after last sighting

CHESTER COUNTY, S.C. ( QUEEN CITY NEWS ) — Officials found a five-year-old boy missing from Chester County, the sheriff’s office announced on Sunday.

Deputies put out a missing endangered persons alert for Christian Hall who was last seen with his mother Deandrea Smith.

Investigators say Christian is non-verbal and autistic, and the last time he was seen was on March 7 with his mom.

Officials say Christian has been found and is safe.

On Monday, officials said Hall was recovered in Chester County. The Chester County Sheriff’s Office is currently working with York County Sheriff’s Office and Rock Hill Police to determine if criminal charges will be filed against Smith.
