GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - A story we previously told you about, the police video of Colorado State House Minority Leader Mike Lynch 2022 DUI has been released.

Lynch who is no a congressional candidate was arrested for drunk driving and possessing a gun in 2022. According to a Colorado State Police report Lynch was speeding on I-25 in Larimer County when the trooper pulled him over. His blood alcohol content was reported to be .157 and he was driving 15 miles per hour over the speed limit.

The congressional candidate said he believes the incident is now being made public because he is running for election. Lynch will be running against current Colorado Congresswoman Lauren Boebert.
